血管內止血器 Angio-seal 是由美國FDA獲准使用的裝置。該裝置通過一個小固定物和一塊膠原蛋白海綿(止血棉)將動脈切口夾在中間，來形成一個封閉的狀態。這些封閉物質都可以被人體吸收，並會在 60-90 天內溶解。血管穿刺後血管內止血器的使用可以將股動脈的穿刺口封閉，促進傷口的癒合，讓患者能夠更早開始行走並儘早出院。

◎術後五分鐘，床頭可抬高 30-45 度。

◎針對診斷病患術後 20 分鐘即可移動行走，一、兩個小時後便能出院。

◎針對PCI病患，可於術後 2-4 小時下床走動。

rt-PA for acute stroke

75 y/o man, Dx: Acute stroke, BW: 60Kg，於黃金3小時內到急診
和family討論後決定施打rt-PA (no contracindication)

根據台灣腦中風協會建議：
建議劑量為每公斤體重0.9毫克(最大劑量為90毫克)輸注 (infusion)60分鐘。總劑量的10%為起始劑量，以靜脈注射 (IV bolus)投與。在症狀出現後的3小時內，應儘速開始治療。

藥物： Actilyse (50mg/50ml) inj.
60*0.9=54 mg
取Actilyse 1 bt in NS 50ml成100ml,
(1) IV bolus 10ml
(2) IV pump 設定 90ml/hr
(3) 入ICU觀察
